    The Oklahoma Incentive Evaluation Committee made its final report to the Oklahoma Legislature in December. The report approved recommendations from an out-of-state consultant to retain key economic development incentives including three targeted at attraction and expansion of aerospace companies and the five-year ad valorem property tax exemption for manufacturers.
