REGISTER A BUSINESS NAME
Secure your business name by filing with the Secretary of State’s office.
EMPLOYER TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS
BUSINESS LICENSES AND PERMITS
Register your business with the appropriate state agencies. Not every business requires a license or permit in Oklahoma and not every business needs to register. For assistance determining which applications, permits, licenses, or registrations are required, use the Oklahoma Department of Commerce’s Business Registration & Licensing System.
